Peers4Good

Peer circles to learn, share, connect, inspire and collaborate

Peers4Good brings together leaders who want to make a difference to share and learn from each other

Impact-driven leaders of all ages, genders, backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply.

What is Peers4Good

Peers4Good is an opportunity to learn, share and connect with other impact-driven leaders for professional development and group mentoring.

Whether you are a CEO/Founder, manager, policy writer or an emerging/existing community leader dedicated to driving positive social change, our matching process and small group numbers ensure relevant and high quality connections and discussions.

Peers4Good aims to broaden your mindset about what’s possible and how to enable change, increase your ability to drive change, broaden your networks for support and collaboration, and equip you with new knowledge and tools to enable change.

How does it work?

Joining a Peers4Good group is a commitment of 3-hours per month for 8-months.

This includes 90-minutes per month for facilitated sessions (contact time) and 90-minutes per month of self-directed learning, connection, reflection, preparation and follow-up.

Each Peers4Good group will determine the best format (online or face-to-face or hybrid) as well as the days and times to suit the group.

Each Peers4Good group will be hosted by experienced social changemakers from the Collab4Good network. We are excited to share that Paul Mayers will be facilitating our second cohort of Peers4Good - read more about Paul below!
